Please note that we do not send to PO Boxes or Locked Bags.
Fingerlimes are picked and shipped on Mondays and Wednesdays only.
Due to restrictions we can only deliver to Queensland, ACT, NSW, NT & Victoria. We currently do not ship to Tasmania, WA & SA. Thanks for your understanding.
Delivery
Green Valley Fingerlimes will ship via Australia Post. While every care is taken, our fingerlimes are a fresh product, we can not be responsible for damage that results from errors or delivery issues due to Australia Post.

In the event of any breakages, proof may be required in the way of photographs in the process of dealing with your issue. All breakages are treated on a case-by-case basis and we thank you for your understanding. Products will be either replaced or refunded, depending on the individual circumstances.
